Infant Teacher
About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Lead Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Burnet, TX. In this role, you will create a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where our youngest learners can thrive. You will lead the classroom, design age-appropriate activities, and build meaningful relationships with families to support each child's unique development.
What You'll Do
- Plan and implement a creative, play-based curriculum tailored to infant development milestones.
- Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining safe sleep routines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that meets licensing standards.
- Document and communicate daily updates to parents regarding their child's routine and progress.
- Assess and track individual developmental progress, sharing insights during parent conferences.
Requirements
Must be at Least 18
Have Ged or Diploma
Pass Fingerprint background Check
Be a fast learner
Must be able to work in high pace environments
Be a team Player
Communication is a MUST
Be dependable
Required too take Trainings that meet the CCR requirments
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff and families.
