Join MHS West Childcare/Preschool in Union Grove, WI as a Two Year Old Co Lead working with Infant / Toddler (0–2). The role calls for no formal credential — just relevant experience and offers $14 – $19/Hr to qualified childcare professionals.
Join our team as a full-time Teacher, working Monday through Friday, 8:15 am to 5:15 pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Your role will involve collaborating with the lead teacher to create a safe, engaging, and faith-based learning environment, focusing on social and emotional skills.
- Teach children valuable life skills, such as patience and kindness.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement weekly lesson plans that cater to the children's needs.
- Utilize WMELS to observe and document the children's development for their portfolios.
- Ensure the classroom and bathroom are clean and well-maintained.
- Prepare and serve breakfast, afternoon snack, and assist with lunch for the children.
- Provide daily outdoor activities for the children.
- Attend monthly center-wide meetings to stay informed and collaborate with colleagues.
- Pursue ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- CPR certification
- Reliable and flexible to adapt to the needs of the children and the center.
