Infant/Toddler LEAD teacher
About This Role
Nurtured Growth Childcare Center is hiring for a support staff member role in Osage Beach. Compensation is $17 – $21.50/Hr. Candidates need no formal early childhood credentials to start.
We are hiring 1 lead teacher at our childcare center for our under 1 room! Our center is newer with tons natural light, a great culture of teamwork, and amazing kids/families. We value outdoor time - even our smallest babies go outside twice a day for walks. We think this improves mental health for our kiddos and our staff! We staff the center with two extra people so we are able to give bathroom breaks, drink refills, etc. Staff members get 30 minutes lunches daily. This staff member would work with another teacher to serve 8 babies or toddlers. The lead teacher would need to have a CDA or higher and be expected to plan activities for our infants.
Be sure to check out our website to see our philosophy before applying. Looking for teachers who have a passion for nurturing children. Our culture at work is amazing - everyone is "all in" and loves to come to work. We are looking for a teacher who is a team player and a high achiever to fit in with our current staff. We are working hard to make a difference in the Osage Beach community and want to serve the community well. If this seems like a good fit, please submit your resume and we will call applicants in the next two weeks!
We are always accepting applications for this role.
