Monday-Friday Lunch Assistant

What You'll Do

The person is responsible to support children during their lunch time with opening food containers,

• Supervise children during lunch
• Assist children with opening lunch containers, drink boxes as needed.
• Encourage children to practice independent self-help skills while providing appropriate assistance.
• Encourage respectful conversations and positive social interactions during mealtime.
• Assist with bathroom routines and handwashing before and after lunch.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and eating areas according to health and sanitation guidelines.
• Sweep floors and assist with general cleanup after lunch.
• Maintain constant supervision of children during transitions to and from lunch.
• Model kindness, patience, and respectful interactions with children.

Requirements

High School Diploma

You will be required to be fingerprinted and background checked.

Must be available 11:30a-12:45p
