As our Installation Coordinator, you will be the central hub between our design staff, our customers, and our on-site crews. If you have prior construction or flooring experience, possess high-energy problem-solving skills, and are comfortable using modern technology to track projects, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do
- Active Project Management: Manage multiple fast-moving installation crews and projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Field Support & Tech: Act as the primary point of contact to field questions from installers. Utilize modern communication tools and software to troubleshoot on-site challenges in real-time.
- Customer Communication: Proactively communicate with customers to set clear expectations, provide rapid project updates, and address any concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and design teams before, during, and after installation to ensure the customer's vision is brought to life.
- Active Site Inspections: Conduct regular, hands-on site visits to installation projects to monitor progress and maintain quality control.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience coordinating or managing installations (flooring industry experience is heavily preferred).
- Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient in modern business software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and comfortable adapting to new project management tools.
- Agility & Organization: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle the logistics of multiple projects in a rapidly changing daily environment.
- People Skills: Highly effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse personalities, team members, and customers.
- Conflict Resolution: The ability to handle conflicts professionally, stay calm under pressure, and quickly resolve job-site or customer issues.
