What You'll Do
- Project Consultations: Collaborate with clients in our showroom to curate flooring and tile selections, focusing on aesthetics and functionality.
- On-Site Visits: Conduct professional consultations to assess project needs, provide layout expertise, and ensure accurate project scopes.
- End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the entire process, including scheduling, problem-solving, and collaborating with installation teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Client Management: Maintain consistent follow-up and professional communication to guarantee total customer satisfaction.
- Showroom Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a high-end, organized showroom environment that reflects our commitment to quality and design.
Requirements
- Organizational Mastery: Exceptional attention to detail is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable managing data entry, technical paperwork, and complex project timelines with high accuracy.
- Customer Service Background: A strong history in a service-oriented environment. We are a "soft retail" store; we prioritize the relationship and the experience over a hard sell.
- Design Expertise: Proven experience in interior design, color theory, or pattern coordination. You should be comfortable leading clients through aesthetic decisions. Open to other field design experience.
