What You'll Do
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support classroom routines & positive behavior
- Float between different classrooms to allow days off for staff members.
- Supervise play, meals, rest & transitions
- Help children build social skills & independence
- Communicate with parents & coworkers
- Prepare fun learning activities
- Float staff will have rotating hours/classrooms
- follow classroom routines and follow lesson plans the lead teachers set for you to do for that day
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18+
High school diploma (preferred)
Experience with kids is a plus (not required!)
Willing to complete coursework within 6 months
CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
Calm, flexible, and professional attitude
