Join our Child Development Center, a reputable child care center located within RCOC, serving a diverse range of children aged 0 weeks to 14 years. Our dedicated team focuses on providing individualized care through play-based learning, while connecting families with community resources. What You'll Do
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Ongoing observations, portfolios and assessments
- Establishing and maintaining positive child and parent communications
- Meeting the health and safety needs of all students
- Aids are responsible for the one on one care for individual children with special needs. Aids will have a case load of 4-6 children, depending on the needs of the child. They will work closely with the director to establish a plan of care.
- Closing staff are responsible for closing the building, and include turning off all lights, ACs, and confirming doors are locked.
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Availabilty to work Monday through Friday 2:00-6:30pm, start time can be flexible.
- Aides availabilty from either 7am to 1pm or 12:30-6:30 Monday through Friday.
- Premium incentive for working "closing" shift of 6:30pm
- CPR/AED training, but willing to train
