What You'll Do
This role will be based out of our Richardson retail location and is responsible for creating, overseeing, and implementing an inventory plan. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 3 to ensure timely completion of deadlines, transfers, inventory requirements, and customer orders.
- You should be a detail-oriented and deadline-driven individual with experience managing a small to medium-size team.

Qualifications
- A background in marketing, communications, and/or design is preferred.
- Must be creative and detail-orientated.
- Experience in a managerial / buyer position.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, retail, or a related field is an added bonus.
Nice to Have
We are looking for a candidate with a creative and outside-the-box approach to buying and inventory management. Experience with inventory management software and a passion for the cycling industry are highly valued.
