Requirements
A genuine love for early childhood and helping children feel safe,seen and celebrated
Patience, empathy, and calm presence during big feelings
Strong communication skills with families and teammates
Commitment to developmentally appropriate practice and positive guidance
A collaborative spirit and a heart for nuturing growth
Passion for hands-on, play-based learning
Willingness to sing off key, dance on demand, and read the same book 12 times
