Most teaching jobs happen inside four walls.

Ours don't.

Sensations in Learning is seeking passionate, energetic educators to join our Next Generation Nature-Based School community. This is more than a childcare position—it's an opportunity to inspire curiosity, foster meaningful relationships, and help children connect with the natural world through hands-on exploration and play.

Our teachers spend their days building forts, caring for chickens and ducks, gardening, taking community walks, exploring the outdoors in all seasons, and creating engaging learning experiences that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. We are looking for educators who value collaboration, creativity, and child-led learning and who want to work in a supportive environment where both children and teachers thrive.

If you're looking for a workplace that feels like home, values your well-being, and believes learning happens far beyond the classroom walls, we'd love to meet you.

If you became an educator because you wanted to inspire curiosity, build meaningful relationships, and make a lasting difference in children's lives, you may have found your home.

We are always accepting applications for this role.
