SHADES of Development, a leading after school program provider in East Tennessee, is looking for dependable, energetic, and caring individuals who want experience working with children in a group setting. Candidates would be responsible for leading STEM, creative arts, and healthy lifestyles activities with PreK or K-5th grade students.

School Year Hours:
PreK: 12:30-6:00PM Monday - Friday
K-5th Grade: 2:00-6:00PM Monday - Friday
Substitutes: for candidates that are available for full shifts hours at least 2 days a week
Summer Hours:
PreK and K-5th Grade: 7:00AM-12:30PM or 12:30-6:00PM Monday - Friday
Substitutes: for candidates that are available for full shifts hours at least 2 days a week
Great hours, no nights or weekends, and lots of FUN!
$15.00-$20.25 per hour based on experience and education.

What You'll Do
- Facilitate group activities for children
- Plan and organize lessons
- Provide supervision and positive behavior guidance
- Assist with snack preparation and cleanup
- Help with daily program setup and breakdown
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
