Join Small Blessings Child Care in Orlando, FL as a Toddler Teacher working with Infant / Toddler (0–2). The role calls for a willingness to earn a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, with employer support and offers $15 – $17/Hr to qualified childcare professionals.

What You'll Do
Must understand and meet the physical, emotional and educational needs of each student. Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a positive learning environment. Plan and implement daily lesson plans using age appropriate curriculum. Maintain accurate records, Organize and keep classroom tidy. Implement good hygiene skills and sanitizing practices. Open communication with office and parents. Complete a minimum of 10 hours in-service training annually. Keep all certifications current. Follow all policies and procedures of the school.
Requirements
High school diploma.
45 hours DCF mandated training.
Minimum 1 year early childhood experience.
Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
Current CDA or Early Childhood degree preferred.
Current CPR and First Aid training preferred.
Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
Must have clear level 2 background screening.
