We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Preschool Teacher to join our dedicated team.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate educator who is committed to creating an engaging and supportive atmosphere for children aged 1& 2 or 3&4. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in facilitating interactive learning experiences that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
What You'll Do
- Nurturing: Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves and feel safe.
- Engaging: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that captivate children's attention and foster a love for learning.
- Dynamic: Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all students, ensuring that each child is included and valued.
- Collaborative: Work closely with parents and staff to support each child's development and maintain open lines of communication.
- Playful: Incorporate play-based learning activities that stimulate curiosity and exploration.
- Empathetic: Recognize and respond to the emotional needs of children, providing guidance and support as they navigate their feelings.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Associates degree in Early Childhood Education, or high school diploma with experience.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and caring demeanor, with a passion for mentoring young learners.
- Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
