About This Role
Multi-purpose Office Assistant needed for locally owned contractor and industrial supply business. We are looking for another key member of our team.
Monday-Friday - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
What You'll Do
This team member will be entering accounts payable and receivables, collections, mailing & emailing invoices, entering journal entries, and answering phones as needed. Backup for counter sales as needed. Sales flyer & email marketing responsibility could be added to job as needed. As a team member you will need to be able to adapt to fill in with other duties as needed.
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Requirements
Must have good computer & accounting skills (A/P & A/R,& Collections), meticulous attention to detail and ability to learn and be a team player.
Multi-tasking and organizational skills are highly desired.
Must have stable job history, no job hoppers need to apply.
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
Nice to Have
Excel and Word experience
Sales flyer and email marketing experience.
