Join The Growing Tree in Addison, VT as a ECE Teacher working with Infant / Toddler (0–2), Preschool (3–5). The role calls for no formal credential — just relevant experience and offers $18 – $21/Hr to qualified childcare professionals.
The Growing Tree is looking to add to our team. We are seeking an additional teacher for our toddler room. This addition will allow us to have low staff-child ratios and ensure all staff can manage to have a good work-life balance. This position can be full or part-time but must be 5 days a week. We are a Center-based childcare and preschool in Addison, VT. We have only two classrooms: a preschool and a toddler room.

What You'll Do
- Know and follow CDD Child Care Licensing Regulations
- Planning, preparing, and implementing a curriculum that aligns with the Vermont Early Learning Standards/TSG
- Healthy classroom management skills.
- Maintaining a clean and organized classroom.
- Develop positive relationships with children, co-workers, families, and external personnel.
- Constantly shows up and wants to work as part of a team.
Requirements
- Experience with young children in a professional setting.
- Teacher-a minimum of 12-21 credits or a degree in Early Childhood Education. OR Fundamentals.
- Vermont 9-hour orientation and mandated reporting.
- Infant and Child CPR/First Aid.
