About This Role

Culinary professionals prepare nutritious meals in high-volume settings.

Inspect and maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Coordinate meal preparation and service for large groups.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established menus and nutritional guidelines.
Tackle food preparation tasks including butchering, cooking, and serving.
Manage inventory and compliance with government regulations regarding food commodities.
Ensure all kitchen utensils and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
Accurately track food usage and expenses.
