This Little Light Christian Preschool and Childcare, LLC. is hiring for a support staff member role in Cincinnati. Compensation is $13 – $15/Hr. Candidates need no formal early childhood credentials to start.

We are seeking a full time infant room employee to care for babies ages 6 weeks-18 months.

What You'll Do
- Maintain a safe play environment.
- Observe and monitor children's play activities.
- Communicate with children's parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues.
- Support children's emotional, physical, spiritual, and social development, encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts.
- Sanitize toys and play equipment.
- Dress children and change diapers, a ssist and facilitate naptimes
- Keep records on individual children, including daily observations and information about activities, meals served, and medications administered.
- Organize and store toys and materials to ensure order in activity areas.
- Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas and breast milk.
- Comfortable sitting, playing, and interacting with children on the floor at times.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Flexible, adaptable, and punctual
- Physically able to carry children when needed
- This is a tobacco-free and smoke-free workplace, including vaping/nicotine use during work hours, must be able to comply with this policy

E xperience in childcare preferred, but not required
