Infant Teacher

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

• Provide loving and attentive care to infants and toddlers
• Supervise children while maintaining a safe classroom environment
• Assist with diaper changes, feeding, naps, and daily routines
• Engage children through play, activities, music, reading, and curriculum
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization throughout the day
• Properly document care and activities in Brightwheel
• Communicate positively with parents and fellow staff members
• Help ensure classrooms are clean, prepared, and ready for the next day before closing

Requirements

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience in childcare preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Must be patient, nurturing, and actively eng aged with children
• Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
• Must pass required background checks
