Tiny Little Blessings is a growing Christian Early Learning center located in Mount Juliet, TN. As our school continues to grow, we are looking for a loving, dependable, energetic Full-Time
Infant/Toddler Teacher who wants to become an important part of our TLB family.

What You'll Do
Position Responsibilities
Our Infant/Toddler Teacher will be responsible for helping provide high-quality care throughout the school day, including:
- Providing attentive, nurturing care for infants and toddlers
- Creating positive relationships and connections with each child
- Engaging children through developmentally appropriate learning, play, reading, music, movement, and exploration
- Assisting with bottles, meals, snacks, diapering, naps, and other daily routines
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Following classroom schedules, lesson plans, policies, and procedures
- Completing required classroom documentation
- Communicating professionally and positively with parents
- Working closely with fellow teachers and administration
- Following all health, safety, and state childcare licensing requirements
- Helping create a positive classroom culture where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn
Schedule
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Applicants must be available to consistently work the posted schedule.
