Tiny Little Blessings is a growing Christian preschool and childcare center in Mount Juliet, TN. We believe that children deserve a safe, loving, nurturing environment where they can learn, grow, play, and build a strong foundation during their earliest years.
TLB is growing again, and we are looking for the right person to grow with us!
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our afternoon team. This is a great position for someone who genuinely loves working with young children and is looking for consistent weekday afternoon hours.
What You'll Do
As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will help provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest students.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing attentive and loving care to infants and toddlers
- Engaging children through age-appropriate play, activities, music, reading, and interaction
- Assisting with diapering, feeding, bottles, snacks, and other daily care routines
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom
- Following classroom schedules and TLB policies and procedures
- Communicating professionally with parents and other staff members
- Assisting with end-of-day classroom routines and preparing children for pickup
- Working cooperatively with lead teachers and administration
- Following all state childcare licensing and safety requirements
Requirements

- Able to work as part of a team
- Professional when communicating with families
- Comfortable working in a Christian preschool environment
- Willing to learn and receive coaching
- Someone who understands that working in childcare is about much more than simply “watching children”
Previous childcare experience is preferred, but character, dependability, work ethic, and a genuine heart for children are extremely important to us.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
3:00 PM–6:00 PM
Applicants must be able to consistently work the posted schedule.
