Tiny Little Blessings is growing, and we are looking for a passionate, dependable, and energetic Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team! We are seeking someone who truly loves working with children and is excited to help create a safe, structured, nurturing, and faith-centered learning environment for toddlers.
This is more than babysitting — we are looking for a teacher who is engaged, interactive, and passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive during some of the most important developmental years.
Position Overview
The Lead Toddler Teacher will be responsible for managing the daily classroom routine, implementing curriculum activities, maintaining classroom structure, and building strong relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members.

What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a toddler classroom daily
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Ensure proper supervision and active engagement with children
- Complete all required Brightwheel documentation throughout the day
- Communicate professionally with parents during drop-off/pick-up and through Brightwheel
- Follow all Tennessee DHS licensing regulations and center policies
- Assist with potty training, diapering, feeding, and classroom transitions
- Create a positive, loving, and structured classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with administration and fellow teachers
Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience working in a licensed childcare center preferred
- Experience with toddlers strongly preferred
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Strong classroom management skills
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively participate throughout the day
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Must pass background check requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CDA, ECE coursework, or related experience is a plus
