Requirements
Generally, a high school diploma or GED is the minimum requirement. These listed below would be nice also have.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
- Relevant certifications in CPR and First Aid.
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting.
