Preschool Classroom Teacher
About This Role
Trinity Child Development Center in Knoxville, TN is seeking a qualified Preschool Classroom Teacher to work with Preschool (3–5) in a center-based environment. This position requires a willingness to earn a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, with employer support.
Full time, 40 hours per week, assistant classroom teacher needed for a preschool classroom.
Children in this classroom rang in age from 2.5-3.5 years old and are potty-training.
Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Must be reliable, trustworthy, flexible, and love working with children.
What You'll Do
lesson plan curriculum and learning activities including Art, Bible, and Academics,
follow daily schedule of classroom,
follow licensing and QRIS requirements for the classroom,
play and interact with children,
foster positive relationships with parents.
Requirements
High School diploma
Nice to Have
previous experience working with children
additional higher education or training (CDA, Associates degree, College coursework, Bachelor's Degree)
