What You'll Do
As a dedicated member of our teaching team, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating, supportive environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging curricula that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Maintain a safe, organized classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Regularly assess and observe student progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
- Foster strong partnerships with families, ensuring open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, maintaining a culture of responsibility and accountability.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Criminal Background Check
- Degree or CDA in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Absolutely, must have reliable transportation
- A warm, flexible, and positive attitude.
- Experience in licensed child care.
- Completed Medical Form
