What You'll Do

  • Fostering a nurturing and interactive learning environment.
  • Developing customized programs to cater to individual children's needs.

  • Supporting social and emotional growth in a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Attending to the physical needs of each child or group.
  • Preparing regular progress reports for parents.
  • Maintaining adherence to facility and state policies and guidelines.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a childcare setting
  • Complete all required annual training
  • Child Development Associate (CDA), Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred) 
  • Technical College Early Childhood Education Certificate or enrolled in an Early Childhood Educational Program
