What You'll Do
What You'll Do
As Site Leader, you'll create an environment where children feel safe, welcomed, and excited to return every day.
You'll also:
- Lead and develop a team of caring child care professionals.
- Build strong partnerships with families and school administrators.
- Plan engaging activities that encourage creativity, friendships, and fun.
- Ensure a safe, high-quality program.
- Coach staff and help them grow professionally.
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, staffing, and compliance.
- Celebrate children's successes and create memorable experiences.

Site Leader Qualifications
- High School diploma, college degree preferred
- Successfully pass background check
- Current First Aid/ CPR certified
- Minimum 1-year child care experience
- Minimum 1 - year management/ leadership experience
